I remember how, ten years ago, I would click into the internet and have the joyous feeling that I was connected with the world.
Now that click makes me wary and I feel as if I am in enemy territory.

When I was in a relationship and chatting via msn messenger, the dial up.tone and those little revolving figure icons sent waves of excitement through me. Now its all over , going online seems somewhat sad
