German Semantics ~
I keep hearing a new phrase they have coined over here in Germany: "The Obama Effect". They use this whenever they talk about the future and the hope of change for the better.
The Obama effect is simply the hope for change. Of course, it's our hope but he is our catalyst and he frees us to dream of change and a better world just as in an earlier era Churchill gave us hope that good would triumph over evil.
