America is functioning again: When a court of law can rebuke the President and say that even he must obey the laws of the land.

Oh, there's a call for impeachment here.. There's all sorts of protesting going on the whole nation over.. just as there is an enormous and consistent labor for pro-life, and against the re-defining of the term "marriage". But the author of warring and killing and de-familying has 50 million tricks up his sleeve, so for every gain forward toward greater sanity, there's an answering movement dragging it down to hell.
As for Iraq, if one counts the damage from 12 years of imposed sanctions (which of course impacted upon civilians), the fatalities are closer to 100,000.
We are in the midst of so many spiritual battles. We need to pray, and not with words.
Sorry, Bob, but this is 'blog which invites comment, not a think tank. I've done my thinking, and my book of 'blog instructions, just like yours, doesn't say I have to take insults on behalf of us all in order to wend my way through another's complexities, here. You then wrap it up by suggesting some of us are too stupid for you, and/or are lashing out. If there was any positive or helpful or vivifying point intended in your last couple of posts, I missed it--but I didn't miss the others' which were made in genuine goodwill. Peace.
